(Value Addition Participatory Course)

Course Summary:

This structured program focuses exclusively on improving the participants' skills in writing and on the terminology used in international tax English. It is useful for tax practitioners who want to develop a more precise tax vocabulary and improve the readability of their client reports. The approach is a practical one. Prior to the classes, each participant will be expected to submit a client report on an international tax topic; the report will form the basis for developing the skills necessary to write well in international tax English. In addition, through individual exercises and group work, participants will become familiar with international tax English. Participants will be taught Legal drafting and answering legal notices, interpretation of statutes and other legal proceedings such as preparing briefs, legal drafting of documents and affidavits.

Other requirements:

90 % attendance in class room & field work Presentation.
